D.R.T. 2015 - Day #11: 31 Years of Personal Entertainment Technology #technology #2015 #randomthoughts

A little over 31 years ago (1983), I was born. This was the year that the camcorder & CD were first introduced.  Additionally, the FCC gave Motorola permission to start testing mobile service in Chicago. Atari and cassette tapes were already in full swing and very quickly would be on their way out. Since then, the advancement of personal entertainment technology is quite amazing to reflect on. Below is a list of products/services that have existed (most created) in the last 31 years.

Honestly, I am sure there are a bunch I missed, but even looking at this list, I think it's amazing how far our personal entertainment technology has grown in my lifetime! I can't wait to see what happens in the next 31 years!
