Our Story:
At meals we would spend so much time cutting food into small
shapes. Wouldn't it be easier if there was something we could just press
down into their food and bippity boppity boo!...food would be made into
bite-sized pieces? Maybe our kids would try new foods and eat better;
maybe mealtime could be less stressful and more fun. Is that even
possible?
Welcome to funbites®. It cuts food into bite-sized shapes. funbites® works on kid-friendly food from lunch meat and cheese to hamburgers, pancakes and fish. Jackie loves funbites® because the food is cut neatly and evenly. Dylan finally eats her food, real food, not junk food.

Choose your favorite funbites® pack in Cube It! or Luv It! Each pack includes its own cutter with curved blades that quickly cuts food into small bites and a matching popper that instantly pops! out the fun-shaped pieces so hands are clean, food is untouched. Use on any kid-friendly food from pancakes, fish, cheese, and bread to waffles, watermelon and burgers! Start with a flat surface and let the magic begin!
So let's get started!
Step 1: Place funbites® cutter on top of food. Remove popper top and set to the side.
Step 2: Grab cutter handles on both sides, press down firmly and rock 5-6 times to cut through the food.
Step 3: Lift the cutter up, insert popper top and pop out the bite-sized pieces!
funbites® is best if hand washed but is dishwasher safe (just wash together as a set as they come; they like to be together all the time!)
For this review, I am using the Cube It cutter. We decided to test it out on my son's favorite lunchtime meal, PB&J. I assembled the sandwich, used the cutter to cut through it and then used the popper top to pop-out the pieces onto his plate. The cutter was really easy to push through the sandwich and the pieces popped right out! As you can see, the jelly did come out through the bread a bit, but I think that made it more fun! After the "fun bites" of PB&J were on the plate, I arranged them into a smiley face and gave them to N. He just loved them! Afterwards, we just rinsed and washed it in the top-rack of the dishwasher. Immediately, I told my husband that these are great, not only at home, but would be really good for going places such as the zoo. I think I will just make the PB&J bites ahead of time, throw them into the freezer in a sandwich bag and then throw them into our diaper bag! Then by lunch time they will be ready to eat and we can even feed the kids lunch while still looking at animals!
Overall, I really found the Cube It funbites® tool easy to use, fun for the kids, and easy clean up! Since the initial use on the sandwich, I have used it several times and have experienced the same wonderful result!
