How It Works
2.
Wrap the Pump Strap tightly / snugly around your chest (for petite
women, secure velcro ends of strap at a slight crisscross angle).
3. Place flanges of your pump into the openings in the strap.
4. Start pumping.
My Review:
I am a mom who, due to healthy issues, had to exclusively pump milk for both of my little ones. In the beginning I was pumping 10-12 times a day. With my son, I found the best trick was to "attach" my pump and then snap my nursing bra back over it. This worked adequately, but didn't really allow me to move my body or arms too much or it would all fall off. I pumped for a total of 20 months (across both kids) using this trick and I can tell you it was extremely frustrating at times! Then, at the end of my first year with my daughter, in swooped the Pump Strap! It was so easy to use and attach and it really is hands-free. I found that it just took a few moments to secure the Pump Strap, add my pump and then just sit back and multitask while pumping. I could easily use a laptop, write notes, even get up and go to the fridge for water, all while wearing my pump and not missing a drop of milk. I even noticed that because the Pump Strap was holding my pump securely to my breasts I was ending up with more milk than I had been with my old "trick". Overally, I think that if you plan on pumping milk from home, work, or even out and about for your little one, then you should invest in a Pump Strap!
